Pregnancy Health
Tracking you and your baby's health throughout your pregnancy is vital. During prenatal sessions we will: discuss your appointments, your preferences and priorities as well as any fears or concerns, discuss the stages of labor, comfort measures, complete a lactation 101 course and discuss or create your "Birth Goals"
Labor & Birth
Having a baby should be a positive, safe, memorable experience. Our main focus is to ensure mom or birthing person and their chosen support feel respected and reminded of their power to make informed decisions and or refusals about their care, body, birth and baby!
Postpartum
Our job isn't done once you deliver your baby. Our team will stay in close contact with you after delivery to provide assistance with breastfeeding, appointment barriers and other support to help you get settled. A phone call is made 48 hours after delivery to check in and schedule a postpartum session.
